On April 16, the Simferopol District Court extended the arrest of Crimean Tatar Ismail Ramazanov, reports Krym. Realities". Law enforcement agencies accuse Ramazanov of disseminating information that incites hatred and enmity (Article 282 of the Criminal Code) using the Zello Internet walkie-talkie. Allegedly, there is some kind of audio recording on which Ramazanov's voice is heard - and, according to the investigation, it contains signs of extremism.
