Two picketers demanding freedom of assembly were detained in Moscow
In Moscow, a participant in a single picket, Daria Polyudova, and her friend Kirill Kotov were detained on Triumfalnaya Square. Polyudova herself reported this to OVD-Info. According to her, she managed to stand with a poster with the inscription “I demand freedom of assembly! Article 31 of the Constitution” for just a couple of seconds, after which she was detained along with Kotov, who was standing nearby.
