In Penza, a participant in a rally against pension reform and an activist of the Generation of New Times, Vladimir Rechkalov, was detained. Pavel Barabanshchikov, witness of the detention, informed OVD-Info about this. He noted that Rechkalov was detained after the end of the rally.

In Moscow, police detained Alexander Rekubratsky during a single picket in support of Ukrainian political prisoners. He himself reported this. OVD-InfoA man stood on Pushkin Square with a poster: “15,000 citizens demand the exchange of Russian and Ukrainian political prisoners. Mercy has no boundaries. Russia, let Sentsov and other Russian prisoners go home.” Rekubratsky was taken to the Tverskoy district police department.
