A court in St. Petersburg fined an LGBT activist for a rally on Palace Square
The Moscow District Court of St. Petersburg fined LGBT activist Irina Sigova 15,000 rubles for participating in a series of solo pickets on Palace Square. Human rights activist Dinar Idrisov told OVD-Info about this. The court found Sigova guilty under part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation by the participant of the rules for holding the event).

A picketer with a poster “Honk if you are against Putin” was detained in Moscow
In Moscow, civil activist Mikhail Dukhnovsky was detained, who was standing in a single picket on Kosygin Street with a poster "Signal if you are against Putin."
