In St. Petersburg, at a rally in memory of the victims of the Red Terror, the police detained Vyacheslav Keltsev, a participant in the event. This was reported to OVD-Info by an activist of the “Aid Group for Detainees in St. Petersburg”. According to the interlocutor of OVD-Info, the reason for the detention, according to the police, was a violation of traffic rules and disobedience to employees.
