A court in St. Petersburg rejected a complaint against the arrest of Viktor Filinkov, a defendant in the Network case.
The city court rejected the appeal to extend the arrest of anti-fascist Viktor Filinkov, accused in the Network case. Lawyer Viktor Cherkasov, who represents Filinkov’s interests, spoke about this. St. Petersburg OVD-Info Judge Anatoly Popov upheld the decision of the Dzerzhinsky District Court, which on June 19 arrested Viktor Filinkov for four months. Filinkov attended the meeting via videoconference, since at that moment he was still in Penza.
