Relatives of Yevgeny Panov, convicted in Crimea in the case of “Crimean saboteurs,” have not received information about his whereabouts for three months. This was reported on 21 by the Crimean Human Rights Group. On December 6, 2018, Panov was transferred from the Crimea to the colony of the Omsk region of Russia, it is not known which one. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine received a letter about this from the Federal Penitentiary Service on January 14, 2019.
