In Chelyabinsk, the leader of the movement against the construction of the Stop GOK mining and processing plant, Vasily Moskovets, and protest participant Gamil Asatullin were charged with the final version. Lawyer Andrei Lepekhin from the international human rights group Agora told OVD-Info about this. According to investigators, Moskovets incited Asatullin and another former participant in the environmental movement, Yevgeny Medvedev, to set the plant on fire.
