On April 11, the Sharyinsky District Court of the Kostroma Region arrested Yuri Nikitin for 15 days under an article on disobedience to the police (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). After the detention , Nikitin contacted the OVD-info and said that the reason was his statement to the chief of the Sharia police due to the state of roads.
