The Oktyabrsky District Court of Arkhangelsk decided to take prohibition measures against Andrei Borovikov, a participant in protests against the garbage dump at ShiES station. Previously, a criminal case on repeated violation of the rules of public measures (Article 212.1 of the Criminal Code) was opened against him.
