Tatyana Vlasova, a participant in a rally against the administrative enlargement of municipalities, was detained in the village of Barvikha near Moscow. This was reported to OVD-Info by Andrey Zhvirblis. According to Zhvirblis, Vlasova was detained after the end of the event. The rally itself was calm, although the police tried to convince the participants that the rally was not agreed upon, since the city authorities did not respond to the notification of the organizers.

OMON officers came to the environmental camp "Leningrad" near the construction site of a garbage dump near the Shies station. This is reported by "7 × 7". The police and riot police came to the ecological post, where the opponents of the construction of the solid domestic waste landfill were on duty, at about 15:15.
