A bard from the city of Dno, accused of extremism, received political asylum in Finland
The Finnish authorities have given political asylum to a bard from the city of Dno, Pskov region, Boris Yakovlev, who in Russia was accused by the special services of inciting extremism on the Internet (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code). It is reported by Radio Liberty. The musician received a decision from the Finnish authorities while in a refugee camp near Helsinki. Along with political asylum, Yakovlev will also receive a residence permit.
