Until October 3, the Tverskoy District Court arrested Pavel Ustinov, a former employee of the Russian Guard, who is accused of using life-threatening violence against a government official during a protest on August 3. This was reported by Mediazona. According to investigators, Ustinov pulled out the shoulder of the National Guard. He himself says that he did not participate in the action, but "stood aside" with a phone in his hands, when he was "broken down" and started to beat.
