The Investigative Committee notified Kirill Zhukov of the end of investigative actions in the case of “use of violence not dangerous to life and health against a police officer” (Part 1 of Article 318 of the Criminal Code). Three environmental activists were detained at the Shies station in the Arkhangelsk region while unloading fuel. This was reported to OVD-Info by a witness of the detentions named Nikita.
