In St. Petersburg, Sergei Belyaev, a supporter of the Indefinite Protest and editor of the project I'm a Citizen, was detained by police at the exit from his house. According to the police, Belyaev was detained in connection with a report in the Crime Reporting Book (KSP) that the activist was allegedly connected with the organization of "mass riots." The young man was taken to police department No. 5 of St. Petersburg.
