A distributor of Communist Party posters was detained in the Tula region
In Novomoskovsk, Tula region, police detained Vadim Badyagin, who was carrying propaganda posters of the Communist Party with him. Vera Serebrovskaya, a representative of the Tula Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, reported this to OVD-Info. According to her, the man was detained at about two o'clock in the afternoon and kept at the police station all day.

In Penza, the car of the Left Front coordinator and Penza City Duma candidate Viktor Khomts has been held by the police for three hours.
