The Basmanny District Court of Moscow has limited the term for Egor Zhukov, the person involved in the Moscow case, to familiarize himself with the materials of the criminal case until October 30. The defense petitioned for an extension of the time allotted for familiarization with the materials, since on October 28 lawyer Murad Musaev joined the case.

In the Oryol region, the court dismissed the criminal case of the poet Alexander Byvshev, who was accused of extremism because of his poetry. He himself told OVD-Info about this. The case was dropped due to the partial decriminalization of Part 1 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code (incitement of hatred or enmity). Previously, an examination saw signs of extremism in the poet’s poems “Russian Spirit” and “Mighty Heap”.

One of the four police officers who were victims in the case of Samariddin Radjabov, VV Maksidov, refused to be a victim and resigned from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
