On November 12, the Leninsky District Court of Vladivostok returned the case of seven Jehovah's Witnesses to the prosecutor's office. This was reported on the website of the SOVA information and analytical center. Thus, the court granted the request of the defense, which insisted on returning the case, noting that the indictment was drawn up in violation of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In Moscow, police opened an administrative case against Turana Varzhabetyan, a participant in the June 12 rally in support of journalist Ivan Golunov. Varzhabetyan herself reported this. The 74-year-old OVD-InfoDelo was charged with repeated violation of the rules of participation in a public event (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). The police called the pensioner on November 18 to the Golovinsky police station to draw up a report.
