Police officers in Komsomolsk-on-Amur detained Sergei Naumov, a former candidate for the City Duma and a participant in rallies in support of LGBT activist Yulia Tsvetkova, at the exit of his house. The detainee himself told about this to OVD-Info. According to Naumov, the police sent him a summons in an administrative case. According to the agenda, he was supposed to come to the police department on December 5th.
