The court found the video on VKontakte to be Nazi propaganda. It was added by a schoolboy while preparing an essay on history.
The Anapa city court imposed a fine of 1,000 rubles on the mother of a schoolboy who posted a video depicting a procession of SS troops on his VKontakte page, according to the court website. The court considered the publication of the video on the personal page as a demonstration or propaganda of Nazi symbols (part 1 of article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Jehovah's Witnesses from Neftekumsk have had their preventive measures reduced
On December 5, the Neftekumsky District Court decided to soften the preventive measure for three Jehovah's Witnesses - to replace the detention with a ban on certain actions, reports the portal "Jehovah's Witnesses in Russia". Alexander Akopov, Shamil Sultanov and Konstantin Samsonov were arrested in December 2018. They are charged with organizing the activities of an extremist organization (Part 1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code).
