The defendants in the case of a broken window in the United Russia office in Khovrino were again charged in the final version. This is reported by MBKh Media with reference to Oleg Eliseev, a lawyer for the Human Rights Defenders of the Postcard, who defends one of the defendants in the case, Andrey Eikin. As the lawyer found out, the text of the accusation was almost not changed, but Svyatoslav Rechkalov, who spoke about electric shock torture, was removed from the defendants in the case.
