The Volga District Military Court sentenced the defendants in the “Kazan Ten Hizb ut-Tahrir” case to imprisonment for a term of 11 to 22 years. It is reported by Interfax. Magistrate Judge of Court District No. 93 of Moscow Irina Tarbaeva dismissed the criminal case against member of the Memorial Human Rights Center Bakhrom Khamroev under the article on fictitious registration of foreigners (Article 322.2 of the Criminal Code). The Nalchik City Court in Kabardino-Balkaria sent Ingush blogger Isropil Nalgiev to jail for two months. This was reported by the portal "FortangaORG" with reference to the lawyer Hussein Guliyev.
