The Investigative Committee opened criminal cases against Daniil Shestakov, a resident of Perm, and Mohammed El-Ayubi, a resident of Kazan, under the article on justifying Nazism (Part 1, Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code). It is reported by RIA Novosti According to the investigation, “in order to approve the crimes determined by the International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg,” the suspects posted photographs of Adolf Hitler and General Vlasov on the website of the Immortal Regiment.
