In Moscow, Anna Loiko, a participant in a single picket against amendments to the Constitution, was detained near the Presidential Administration building. She herself reported this to OVD-Info. The activist stood with a sign: “Worse is getting closer. No amendments!” Loiko was taken to the Kitay-Gorod police station. The police do not specify the article under which the report is being drawn up against her. A lawyer from OVD-Info, Maxim Pashkov, is approaching her.

The Kirovsky District Court of Kemerovo fined a 30 thousand rubles of the local blogger Mikhail Alferov under an article on disrespect for power on the Internet (part 3 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
