The Association of Administrative and Technical Inspections of Moscow (OATI) fined lawyer Dmitry Zakhvatov 4,000 rubles for participating in solo pickets in front of the building of the Investigative Committee on the Day of Advocacy. The lawyer was brought to administrative responsibility under article 3.18.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the city of Moscow (violation of the high alert regime).
