After the attack on the tent camp of activists of the Libertarian Party and Civil Society, on September 19, the investigative department of the Yemelyanovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory opened a criminal case under the article on hooliganism committed by an organized group (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Three people were detained on the Taras Shevchenko embankment in Moscow during a rally in defense of the Badaevsky plant. This was reported to the OVD-Info hotline by one of the protesters. Vitaly, Vyacheslav and Sergei were detained after they stretched the Russian flag on the embankment. The detainees are being taken to the Dorogomilovo police department.

In Moscow, near the Belarusian embassy, ​​police prevent a rally of solidarity with protesters in Belarus. Alexander Murashov, one of the participants in the action, reported this to the legal bot OVD-Info. According to Murashov, the police copied the passport details of almost everyone who had gathered at the embassy. Four people were taken away by the police to check their documents. Sergei Lazarev, a participant in protests in support of ex-governor Sergei Furgal, was detained in Khabarovsk. Lazarev himself told OVD-Info about this. The detainee was taken to police department No. 4. A report was drawn up against him under the article on repeated violation of the rules of participation in public events (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). Then the police sent Lazarev to a special detention center, where he will remain until his trial.
