Rinat Khannanov, convicted in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case in Tatarstan, who disappeared from IK-3 in the Samara region, was found in one of the pre-trial detention centers in the same region. This was reported to OVD-Info by the father of the convict, Rishat Khannanov. Rinat Khannanov, according to his father, was taken to the pre-trial detention center as a witness in another criminal case. What is involved is still unknown.
