The 2nd Western District Military Court put Vladimir Ratnikov (Komarnitsky), a person involved in the Black Bloc case, on the wanted list. Ratnikov’s father reported this to OVD-Info. A member of the nationalist movement disappeared on February 15. Ratnikov was under house arrest and on that day went to court for the next hearing in the Black Bloc case. A few hours after leaving the house, he disappeared from contact.
