The Kursk Regional Court in the appellate instance declared the placement in a punishment cell (punishment cell) of Jehovah's Witness Dennis Christensen illegal. In the Odintsovo district (Moscow region), police detained an underage blogger who came to the Zakharovo estate to shoot Shrovetide festivities. The detainee's father told OVD-Info about this. The policemen, according to the father, did not like that the blogger pointed the phone camera at them. The security forces demanded that the minor show his passport, he refused, and the young man was taken to the Golitsynsky department.

On March 9, the investigation opened a second criminal case against Jehovah's Witness from Cherkessk, Elena Menchikova. This was reported on a website dedicated to the persecution of believers. Menchikova was charged with involving another local resident in the activities of the extremist organization Jehovah's Witnesses (Part 1.1 of Article 282.2 of the Criminal Code).

The investigator charged one of the new defendants in the second Bakhchisaray case of Hizb ut-Tahrir, Ernest Ibragimov. This was reported by the portal "Crimean Solidarity" with reference to his lawyer Lilya Gemedzhi. Ibragimov was charged with article 205.5 of the Criminal Code (organization and participation in terrorist activities).

On March 12, the Kiev District Court of Simferopol placed Taras Kuzio, a Jehovah's Witness from Yalta, under house arrest. A criminal case was opened against him for financing an extremist organization (Part 1 of Article 282.3 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity portal. Citing its own source, the portal said that listeners were not allowed to attend the court hearing, and Kuzio was provided with legal assistance by an appointed lawyer.
