The court declared illegal the placement in a punishment cell of a Jehovah's Witness sentenced to 6 years in prison
The Kursk Regional Court in the appellate instance declared the placement in a punishment cell (punishment cell) of Jehovah's Witness Dennis Christensen illegal. Interfax reports this. “The Kursk Regional Court agreed with the decisions of the Lgovsky District Court of the Kursk Region, which declared illegal and canceled the decisions of the administration of the institution to impose disciplinary sanctions on Christensen,” the agency quotes the court’s press service.

In the Moscow region, police detained a blogger who was filming Maslenitsa festivities.
In the Odintsovo district (Moscow region), police detained an underage blogger who came to the Zakharovo estate to shoot Shrovetide festivities. The detainee's father told OVD-Info about this. The policemen, according to the father, did not like that the blogger pointed the phone camera at them. The security forces demanded that the minor show his passport, he refused, and the young man was taken to the Golitsynsky department.

Socialist Alternative activist detained in Moscow
Socialist Alternative activist Javid Mamedov was detained at McDonald's in Moscow. He himself managed to inform OVD-Info about this. Mamedov does not know what the detention is connected with. According to him, law enforcement officers expressed complaints that Mamedov did not live at his registration address, but asked the activist about his participation in uncoordinated actions.

The Kirov City Court stopped two administrative cases of participants in the rally and the laying of flowers at the memorial to the fallen on the Nevsky Piglet. One of the defendants in the Hizb ut-Tahrir case was charged in Crimea
The investigator charged one of the new defendants in the second Bakhchisaray case of Hizb ut-Tahrir, Ernest Ibragimov. This was reported by the portal "Crimean Solidarity" with reference to his lawyer Lilya Gemedzhi. On March 12, the Kiev District Court of Simferopol placed Taras Kuzio, a Jehovah's Witness from Yalta, under house arrest. A criminal case was opened against him for financing an extremist organization (Part 1 of Article 282.3 of the Criminal Code). This was reported by the Crimean Solidarity portal. This was reported by the information and analytical center "Sova". The Central District Court of Krasnoyarsk fined Vladimirov 17 thousand rubles. Vladimirov published a photo of police officers with posters calling for people to stay at home during the pandemic.
