In the Chuvash correctional colony No. 9, Maxim Ivankin, a defendant in the Penza “Network” case, was placed in a punishment cell for 10 days. This was reported by the wife of the sentenced man, Anna Shalunkina. An employee of the duty department, in a conversation with her, explained this as a violation of internal regulations, but could not clarify exactly how the sentenced person violated it.
