A “StopHam” participant was arrested for 10 days due to an action against illegal parking by police officers
In Moscow, a member of the StopHam movement, Alexander Varlamov, was arrested for 10 days because of an action against illegal parking of police cars. He himself informed OVD-Info about this. The decision was made by the Tverskoy District Court, which found Varlamov guilty of obstructing the activities of the police (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The activist said that after being brought to court, the policeman forbade him to file petitions.
