In Moscow, near the building of Moscow State University, where an action in defense of educational activities is taking place, arrests began. The detainees themselves reported this to OVD-Info. One of the detainees told OVD-Info that there were 17 people in the paddy wagon, three of them were provocateurs - they were shouting into the phone and preventing people from speaking. In total, about 26 people were detained, eyewitnesses and the detainees themselves report.
