Alexei Chirniy, a person involved in the Sentsov Case, who was released from prison, was banned from entering Crimea indefinitely. This is reported by Krym.Realii. The authorities informed the former prisoner that, according to the decision of the Ministry of Justice, if he enters the territory of Russia, he faces criminal prosecution under the article on violation of the rules for crossing the border (part 2 of article 322 of the Criminal Code ).
