A court in Vladivostok imposed a fine of 10,000 rubles on activist Yevgeny Terentyev because of a failed rally in support of political prisoners. The case of another activist, Roman Belomestnov, initiated because of the same action, was dropped . This is reported by Activation. Yevgeny Terentyev submitted a notification to the administration of Primorsky Krai in order to coordinate the rally, which was planned to be held on May 15.
