The Moscow City Court on appeal upheld the fine to Pussy Riot participant Veronika Nikulshina, awarded because of the action with rainbow flags. This was announced by a lawyer from OVD-Info Sergey Telnov, who represented the interests of the activist in court. On November 23, 2020, the Meshchansky District Court fined the activist 10 thousand rubles under the article on violation of the rules for participation in a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
