A court in Kemerovo overturned the arrest of the former head of Navalny’s local headquarters, ordered before Putin’s visit.
The Zavodsky District Court in Kemerovo, at an appeal hearing, overturned the arrest of the former head of Navalny’s local headquarters, Stanislav Kalinichenko, appointed before Vladimir Putin’s visit to the city. Mediazona reports this. On July 5, Kalinichenko was detained and arrested for 10 days. The formal reason for the administrative punishment was the alleged failure to pay alimony (Article 5.35.1 of the Administrative Code).
