Participants in protests against United Russia and for the release of Navalny were detained in Moscow and St. Petersburg
In Moscow and St. Petersburg, Tigran Mirzoyan and Sergei Popov were detained, who were holding solo pickets against United Russia. The detainees themselves reported this to OVD-Info. Mirzoyan stood at the State Duma building with a poster "Duma without United Russia." The policemen decided to check his documents, but the picketer did not have his passport with him. To establish his identity, he was taken to the department for the Tverskoy district.
