The Prikubansky District Court of Krasnodar fined Vyacheslav Berezhny, a participant in a protest against a landfill in the Kopansky farm (a suburb of Krasnodar), 20 thousand rubles. This is reported by Kavkaz.Realii. The court considered that the man took part in an event that was not coordinated with the authorities. Under what article and on what day Berezhnoy was fined is not specified. There is no information about this case on the website of the court.

The Investigative Committee of the Kursk region opened a criminal case against several people because of the action with hanging an effigy of the governor of the region Roman Starovoit. This was reported on the website of the department. The case was initiated under the article on hooliganism committed by a group of persons by prior agreement (part 2 of article 213 of the Criminal Code). The names of the activists are not disclosed.

Roskomnadzor sent notices to the editors of Current Time demanding that within 24 hours they remove 14 materials written in 2016–2021 based on investigations of the Anti-Corruption Foundation (FBK) founded by Alexei Navalny. Now all the detainees are in a car carrier.

The Arapsky city court fined activist Igor Guzhev because of the people's gathering against the new general plan of the resort. This is reported by the publication "Kavkaz.Realii". Guzhev was fined 10 thousand rubles under the article on violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
