Sailor Vadim Ignashov, who is a citizen of Ukraine, was detained in Vladivostok on charges of calls for extremism (probably part 2 of Article 280 of the Criminal Code), Russian Union of Seafarers. reports According to the chairman of the Vladivostok primary organization of the trade union, Peter Osichansky, the sailor published messages on social networks.
