In St. Petersburg, the court closed the hearing on choosing a preventive measure for Peaceful Resistance activist Olga Smirnova, accused of spreading fake news about the army (Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). This is reported by SOTA. The reason was “the need to maintain the secrecy of the investigation.” Journalists were not allowed into the hearing, and the only listener in the room, human rights activist Dinar Idrisov, was kicked out of the courtroom.
