A convicted LGBTQ youth from Chechnya was again placed in a punishment cell in a Krasnodar colony
An LGBT youth from Chechnya, Ismail Isaev, was placed in the punishment cell at IK-11 in the Krasnodar Territory for the second time in a row; in total, he has been in the punishment cell for 19 days. Miron Rozanov, press secretary of the SK SOS Crisis Group, reported this to OVD-Info. On July 21, Isaev was placed in a punishment cell for 15 days without explaining the reasons. On August 6 he was released, but then again placed in isolation.
