Nadezhda Filinova, a journalist from Udmurtia who worked for Udm-Info, was forced to resign because she commented on Dozhd, a TV channel that the Ministry of Justice recognized as a "foreign agent." This is reported by The New Times. At the end of September, Filinova commented to Dozhd in connection with the tragedy at the Izhevsk school: shortly before that, a shooting had taken place in the educational institution, as a result of which 17 people, including children, were killed.
