A pensioner from Crimea, convicted of desecrating the grave of a Russian soldier, was transferred to a colony
Crimean pensioner Valeria Goldenberg, sentenced to two years in a penal colony because of the desecration of the grave of a Russian soldier, was transferred to colony No. 9 in Kizilyurt (Dagestan). “Grati” talks about this with reference to the woman’s lawyer, Marlen Khalikov. In June, the Sudak city court reported that a Crimean woman was guilty of desecration of a burial place based on political enmity (clause “b”, part 2 of article 244 of the Criminal Code).
