At Samara airport, police detained the coordinator of the Council of Mothers and Wives, Olga Tsukanova, when she was about to fly to Moscow to file complaints with law enforcement agencies about violations of the rights of military personnel. The woman spoke about this on the movement’s VKontakte page. Tsukanova is taken to the police department in the Industrial District of Samara.

The wife of FSO Major Mikhail Zhilin, who tried to escape to Kazakhstan from mobilization and was deported to Russia, flew with the children to France. Ekaterina Zhilina plans to ask for political asylum, journalist Evgenia Baltatarova said in a telegram. According to Baltatarova, the day before her departure, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Kazakhstan was “interested” in Zhilina.

The case against Kirill Skripin, who is accused of vandalism motivated by political hatred (Part 2 of Article 214 of the Criminal Code), was transferred from the third to the fourth judicial district of the Voroshilovsky district of Rostov-on-Don. This happened due to the fact that the judge of the third precinct indicated in his earlier sentence to the person whom law enforcement officers consider Skripin’s accomplice that the latter was guilty.
