The mother of Chechen activists, Zarema Musaeva, who was kidnapped by security forces and taken to Chechnya, is in deteriorating health. The woman’s lawyer, Alexander Nemov, told the Caucasian Knot about this. “It’s hard for her to walk and climb stairs. She doesn't look well. She has diabetes. She often receives insulin injections. All medications and drugs (test strips for measuring blood sugar levels, for example) are donated by relatives.
