A resident of Ivanovo who wrote “Putin is a murderer” was extended the ban on certain actions
The Frunzensky District Court of the city of Ivanovo extended until June 25, 2023 the ban on certain actions of local resident Stanislav Rumyantsev in the case of the inscription “No to war!
