Igor Baryshnikov, convicted under an article about military “fakes,” was not allowed to attend his mother’s funeral
The Soviet City Court of the Kaliningrad Region refused to release Igor Baryshnikov, convicted in the case of military “fakes,” to attend his mother’s funeral. This was reported by his lawyer from OVD-Info, Maria Bontsler. Baryshnikov and his defense petitioned for the man to be taken under escort to the funeral of his mother, who died on August 7 at the age of 96.
