Crimean Tatar activist Akim Bekirov, sentenced to 14 years of strict regime, was transferred from a pre-trial detention center in Novocherkassk. This was reported by Crimean Solidarity with reference to his wife. He was taken from there on August 26, and the next day he, along with Rustem Seitkhalilov and Asan Yanikov, ended up at a transit point in Volgograd.
