A Moscow resident was detained after a search in connection with the spread of military “fakes” on social networks
In Moscow, a search was conducted at the home of a resident of the South-Eastern District, Konstantin Seleznev, as part of a case of distributing “fake stories” about the Russian army based on political hostility (clause “d”, part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). He was detained and interrogated, after which he was left overnight in a temporary detention facility. During the investigative actions, Seleznev was accompanied by a lawyer from OVD-Info, Oscar Cherdzhiev.
