A pensioner from Moscow, Konstantin Seleznev, accused of distributing “fake news” about the Russian army based on political enmity (clause “d”, part 2 of article 207.3 of the Criminal Code), is under pressure in the capital’s pre-trial detention center-4 “Bear”. His lawyer from OVD-Info, Oscar Cherdzhiev, spoke about this. Seleznev is kept in a smoky cell with four previously convicted people who are trying to put pressure on him.
