In Kazan, police detained two activists, considering a friendly meeting an “uncoordinated action”
In Kazan, near the Kremlin, police detained two activists, considering a meeting of several friends to be an “unauthorized event.” An acquaintance of the detainees told OVD-Info about this. According to him, the police first approached with a question about the essence of the “event.” Concerned about this, the activists gathered to go home. When some of them had already left, the police returned and detained the remaining two. They were taken to OP No. 16.
